It was terrible

good hotel near airport & nice comfortable staying

My 1 year 5 months old son broke i cup and a glass at this hotel and when i told about it to the receptionist then they asked me 500/- ( 300/- for glass and 200/- for cup ) that was not expansive that much ,i'm disappointed

My 16 months old baby broke a cup n a glass and when i told at reception about it then receptionist asked me to pay 500/- Rupees (300/- for glass n 200/- for Cup) whereas 100/- rupees was enough as cup n glass was not expansive like that

It was a good short stay, equipped with all necessary amenities & very helpful & cordial staff at the hotel

very good hotel and nearby the Airport . Hotel location is also good you can prefer with family members also

Nice clean room, 1 min walk from main road which was great. Had to catch a flight early morning, front desk staff assisted me with a cab at 430am. Great staff from both the morning and night and night shifts.

I stay for one day for work proposes I book from online app and got very good discount. After discount also there services was very good and well behaviour.. room was clean and big . Very comfortable.

Small room size, location is not so good, food Quality is good but you have to go to different hotels or restaurants. Rest all is ok

1. The hotel provides standard amenities like WiFi, Electric Kettle, tea and coffee, toiletries, etc. which is expected. 2. It does not have a restaurant however, there are lots of options within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. 3. The location of the property is ideal for connectivity to different places of Calcutta and is within 5 kilometres from the Netaji Subhash International Airport. 4. All types of App based cab facilities are available from, and to, the property. 5. There are medical, stationery, electronics, general stores, next to the hotel for any emergency, or if something was missed to be packed while travelling. 5. The staff manning the reception, room cleaning services are polite and helpful. 6. An elevator is available for aged and guests who have come for medical treatment, surgeries, etc. For all the reasons mentioned above the hotel is my preferred place to stay whenever I travel to Kolkata/ Calcutta.

If late check out happen huge amount asked to pay by owner. Rest was average .location is good food was costly

hamara 1 day ka booking nahi diya jabke hamne payment diya tha paytm se same day me dobara booking dkiya tab mera check in kiya

Its good to stay near airport if you are hurry to catch flight so this can be your good choice coz its just near

Room and bathroom were clean, staff were well behaved and professional, walking distance from airport, and breakfast was amazing. Overall great experience

Room Service is poor, need to call evertime for cleaning, food was coming from another restaurant of the same owner, for breakfast needed to visit that other property which is around 500/600 meters away from the present property.

Very nice experience. Spacious room. Clean and neat. Service is good. Hot water available. Located near to airport. Food not avilable. But restaurants available in near vicinity.
