Hotel Royal Residency

The property is just opposite of airport Gate 2.5 and is 150 mtr inside the road. Well connected. Rooms and bathroom were found to be very clean, though size of bathroom was little bit small. Hygiene is my first priority so it was a good experience. Regarding food, it's really costly. A non veg thali will cost 320 each, tea costs 35, breakfast 75-being in Kolkata this rate seems to be very high. Since outside food was not allowed, I had to order from the property. Location wise good and one can find markets nearby and airport metro is a walking distance away. The airport is 2 km away by car, if anyone is travelling alone, then walking distance is closer else by car ( with family) it will be 2-2.5 km

Room was fine but the bed linen was poor. Not cleared well and the blanket is looking like not clean from long time. Ladies hair was on bed and floor as well. Washroom water flow slow.

It was a poor experience. Staff are so adamant. Don’t expect any help from them. Location wise is ok near the airport. Highly not recommended to stay. Room full of mosquitoes, no basic sense how to maintain cleanliness.

Royal Residency is located very close to Kolkata airport, walking distance. Very courteous staff and very welcoming even at midnight when I arrived. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast served in the room was also good. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower was a trickle and was not hot. Overall great stay.

Finding the Hotel was a challenge, overall good but price is higher. staff behaviour was nice. Food quality is good.

The location is near the airport. New property, neat and clean rooms. Car Parking facility is there. Rooms are spacious with all amenities like AC, fan, tea kattle, geaser, water bottle. In this budget it was a nice stay.

Worst hotel and worst behaviour of the staff. Don’t ever visit here. One of the worst in the town.

Excellent stay, you can order food online or from the hotel itself. Very close to Airport, if you want to catch a flight they would provide cab too. Price of the hotel as per the quality of the hotel is very Good.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great value for money.

The rooms which are shown and the room which they mostly have are way poor than expected. Without any amenities what they have and only in limited room categories. And lots of reservations, this is not available that is not available etc etc.

Food is good. Location is excellent free from the sound pollution of the city.

at prime location, near airport rooms are well decorated with maximum amenities! i didn't think that coffee bars and water were all included in this price ! best for family and couples stays! strongly recommended
