The room was small, not clean, and had mosquitoes. From next time will not preferred.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, with comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, which was within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

When we reached the first of all there was no attendant on the desk, after sometime somebody come and find my booking on the computer then they said wait for few minutes as room which we booked that is occupied and guest didn't checkout on 12, so as per he said we are in waiting but they give us final room on 1:10 pm instead of 11:00, therefore we could not completed our official work at kolkata city, after calling owner and ask for refund then all service get improved, they don't have mindset of run hotel they treat like we are guest only n use room for sleep. I don't take snaps

Granotel is a vary bad hotel tiny room staff behavior very bad and most dangerous is road side passing a any car or vehicle hall building are is vibration very badly this a very old property and i not filling safe from stay there
