Never Stay. Horrible experience.

After checking in they altered the hotel to babul guest house instead of hotel babul. I didn't have any option that time for which I supposed to stay in a uncleaned, broken glass and small room, although I paid for ac delux room. Whole building was vibrating like earthquake when vehicles were running besides the roads.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left feeling underwhelmed. The room was extremely compact, which was manageable, but the real issue was the non-functional water heater. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to report the issue as I had an urgent flight to catch. What really took the cake was the exorbitant charge of ₹300 for airport dropping. I was shocked to find that I could hail a cab just a minute's walk from the hotel on the main road for a maximum of ₹200. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better value for money. Recommendation:* Consider other options in the area that offer better amenities and more reasonable prices.

Met a very rude staff while checking out. Food is ok compare to the price. Perfect location for a 1 night stay it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the airport. Coming to amenities. Tv not working, shower not working, ac quite old it makes a lot of noise. Room size very small.
