room was spacious and clean. near to airport. food was good at reasonable price. staff and reception were great and amazing. things can be improved laundry [ quick laundry will be helpful people like me who prefer ra vista for official purpose ] in washroom at shower place there was no soap stand or shower gel stand which should be mounted at shower place. live tv [ dish tv ] should be there as senior people prefer traditional means of tv.

Dear Guest, We would like to state the whole incident that took place on 8th September morning. These 2 guests came for check in around 4am. Their office booked 2 capsule beds on our property and since the beginning they argued for 2 rooms instead of beds else asked for a spot refund. Our F.O staff very patiently explained the difference between a capsule bed and separate rooms. He also explained the tariff difference. The guests behaved very rudely and constantly used abusive unparliamentary languages. One of the guests came inside the reception area and slapped our on duty F.O staff, still we did not cross the ethical parameters of hospitality . Our security staff neither malhandled them nor the staff who was abused and slapped misbehaved. We called police to intervene and upon hearing their arrival the guests planned to leave the hotel in haste and went out. Even outside the hotel gate they kept on abusing our hotel staff by calling them outside and our staff went out to bring them in as they expected the police to arrive at the soonest. The location is good. Very close to the airport. But ,the tariffs are higher than the actual service provided. There was a bad smell in the kitchen at night and in the corridors. The AC was throwing water into the room.The position of furniture in the room left no space for an extra bed. Otherwise, staff at the reception and housekeeping were polite and prompt in their services . Breakfast was decent enough.

The location is definitely a plus – situated right next to the main road, it offers easy accessibility and good connectivity. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I appreciated after a long journey. The security staff and guards were polite and helpful throughout our stay, adding to the sense of comfort and safety. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, as shown in the listing. However, the actual room size felt smaller than expected based on the photos. While everything was in place and functional, the space was a bit tight, especially for two adults sharing the bed – it may require a bit of adjustment for guests who are above average in build or require more personal space. One area that could use improvement is the delivery of additional or support services. For instance, although we were a group of four, only two plates were initially provided. By the time additional plates arrived, the food had already been served and partially consumed directly from the tray. A little more promptness in service would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Regarding pricing, I booked the room at without breakfast. Considering the room size and the level of service, I feel that an ideal price point would be around ₹2,500 for better value for money. Overall, the stay was decent with some positives and a few areas for improveament. With slight enhancements in room size clarity and service speed, this property could become an excellent option for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
