cockroach in the room were there in my stay in this hotel. even in bathroom also . lots of improvement needed

The property maintains very bad hygiene and cleanliness. The bathrooms are not clean and hygiene is very bad. Rooms and linens were found unhealthy

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a fine I received during my recent stay at your hotelfor a small which resulted from I want to emphasize that this was a natural, accidental occurrence and not something I could have fully prevented. The stain was minor and not caused by any misuse or negligence. I believe it could have been easily removed through standard cleaning procedures, as most hotels are equipped to handle such situations without charging guests. As a paying customer, I expected understanding and discretion—especially when it comes to sensitive health-related matters like menstruation. Instead, I feel I’ve been unfairly penalized for something that is both natural and common. I kindly request that you reconsider this charge and issue a refund for I truly hope your policies can be reviewed to treat such situations with more empathy and fairness in the future.

Location was very cheap and food was also not good. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and it took time for check in also

Stay was good, Location wise ease to find, having good amenity, Food and services were good. Provided the support to book the taxi in early morning hours.

We stay here with family on 4th June 2025 for taking afternoon flight. Property location is easily accessible with Google Map and very near to the Airport. Bathroom was very congested food was average in breakfast buffet with very few items. Staff were polite. For a short stay like half day and for catching a flight I recommend this hotel otherwise various excellent options available in Kolkata at this price. overall rating 3.5 out of 5

The hotel's bed edges are very sharp i got hurt twice and I got scratches as well. my leg below the knee was bleeding till the entire stay. Rest everything was fine.

Rooms was very ordinary and washroom is old even no proper service facility and response of staff. As per their terrif a lot of other options ( big hotel chain even autonomous property.

Like the property and may recommend it to others if needed. I have a comfortable stay there. Location was good and amenities were useful.
