The location is very good. Only a few minutes away from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose international airport. This is the main USP of this hotel. This is my 2nd stay here. I must say this time it is much better and improved in all respects. The managers are so helpful and always at service. The housekeeping is also very good. I recommend this hotel to all.

The location is good for those who want to take an early morning flight from Kolkata Airport. No inhouse restaurant. The room is okay . The service is very poor. Didn't serve mineral water. It was one of the most terrible hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, there was hair lying around everywhere, there was hair in the bed, the room smelled funny. the bathroom was dirty. the jet spray wasn't working. the room service was bad. we ordered tea at around 4:30 and they did not deliver it till 5:45, neither informed us anything and when we went down, the people in the reception were like, we already sent the tea to your room. they argued with us a little and later when they asked the guy who was supposed to deliver it to our room, he said he delivered it to another room. overall the stay was extremely

The room was not which i booked,,it was just more than of a washroom. No AC working, no waterbottles. And it was on the top floor, which I didnt booked. No handwash in the washroom as well
