Everything was worth except the delay in delivery and service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to attractions and transport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and attentive, making check-in smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommend for business trip.

Ordered Dinner from the restaurant & the chicken was not at all fresh, a slight smell is coming. The bread was like a sharp knife. The room is not up to the mark. I had a terrible experience staying at this property. Right from the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and hospitality are not their priorities. The bedsheets and pillows were crumbled and looked used, and even the towels were in a similar unhygienic condition. The room had a foul smell, and when I requested a room freshener, I was denied. Basic amenities were not provided upfront—I had to ask repeatedly. For the high price charged, this place is nowhere close to what one would expect in terms of service or quality. In fact, it would be generous to even consider it a 1-star property. Would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

The room allocated at the property was not well maintained (paint chipping off the walls), Bed sheets were dirty, old and stained. Overall cleanliness could have been much better.

- The rooms are clean - The shower works perfectly - The TV remote was difficult to handle - The staff were polite and kind - The Breakfast spread was elaborate especially the fresh beetroot and banana milkshake - For a boutique business hotel, they need to have an in-house laundry system

Breakfast was great, but dinner and other ordered foods are average. Property location is on Main Road and access to city is quite easy Amenenities wise, bathroom is slippery, the tiles have to be changed, elders may risk stay Cleanliness wise 4/5 AC 5/5 Staff response time 4/5 Hot water 4/5 Bed Comfort 4.5/5

Ac was not working properly and i had complained for 2 to 3 times but no action had taken against it. And even they didnt shift my room .Hotel management was very poor
