it was an amazing stay, staffs were very nice, the rooms were spacious, bathroom was nice. It is located at the heart of the saltlake city.

The Hotel is not good as their fare. The ac was not working . It get started after one hour. Over all not satisfied and not recode fed

Good for short business trips. Clean rooms and decent breakfast spread. However, the hotel should inform at the time of check in or during the day if any maintenance work is being carried out or will be carried out as guests may be resting or having a conference call and the sound of drilling and all can disturb that.

Ordered Dinner from the restaurant & the chicken was not at all fresh, a slight smell is coming. The bread was like a sharp knife. The room is not up to the mark. I had a terrible experience staying at this property. Right from the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and hospitality are not their priorities. The bedsheets and pillows were crumbled and looked used, and even the towels were in a similar unhygienic condition. The room had a foul smell, and when I requested a room freshener, I was denied. Basic amenities were not provided upfront—I had to ask repeatedly. For the high price charged, this place is nowhere close to what one would expect in terms of service or quality. In fact, it would be generous to even consider it a 1-star property. Would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

The room allocated at the property was not well maintained (paint chipping off the walls), Bed sheets were dirty, old and stained. Overall cleanliness could have been much better.
