Location is superb. Very peaceful neighbourhood in the heart of the city. The hotel is very clean, rooms are big, airy and clean. The linen and blanket could have been better. There were holes and burn marks all over. They should replace them.

The hotel was good in terms of service and hospitality but the building needs maintenance and reparing

The property had no electricity from morning 6 am till I did an early checkout of 10:30 am. The room was suffocating. When called the Call Center of make my trip and informed them, they said will take a day to revert after speaking to property owners. Make my trip doesn’t want customers feedback nor do they believe them. Now they are big so downfall will also happen starting today.

The rooms were well-kept and clean. We had a comfortable stay.
