Everything else about the place is good — service, ambiance, and cleanliness — but the food is really disappointing. The taste feels old, as if it’s just reheated and served instead of freshly prepared. When you’re paying for good food, there shouldn’t be any compromise on health or taste. This is something the management should seriously improve.

A very convenient location especially from the airport. Good hotel for business visits. Food is good and so is the staff. Housekeeping is also up to date.

The location to the airport is very near. The hotel is clean and well maintained. All the staff are very polite and helpful. The food are also amazing.

Ethnotel hotel location near to Air port, Prompt pick service available. the rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good, buffet breakfast is excellent. Dinner is marvelous and tasty. the restaurant staff is very cooperative, very kind , quick.

the room was flooding with fridge water when we reached and it smelled so terrible.. no hospitality from the staffs.

There was a lot of shouting in your room that day. And guests from the other room told us that this fight was going on in the room next to theirs. When we went to your room with security, we saw you and your gentleman guest arguing. When we asked to stop, your guest replied that he had paid for the room and booked it, so he could do whatever he wanted. Upon informing you that we would need to report his behavior to the local police station, both of you promptly checked out. Our goal is to provide guests with warm, efficient, and personalized service, and we take that very seriously. Guest safety is our first preference. We look forward to your future return, and we will strive to meet and exceed your expectations.

The hotel was very conveniently located on main road near airport in reasonable budget. The staff was very professional and courteous. Food was good too, tried their breakfast in room service, Chinese and paneer dishes. The rooms were hygienic and clean as well. Overall great value for money!

W.e.f. 01.04.2025, the term ‘Specified premises’ Hotels charging a room rent above Rs 7,500 a day at any time in any financial year will be considered ‘specified premises’ for the next fiscal year, and restaurant services provided inside such premises will attract 18 percent GST with input tax credit. Restaurant services inside hotels whose room rent has not crossed Rs 7,500/unit/day in the preceding financial year will continue to attract 5 percent GST, without ITC. Also, those hotels that intend to charge over Rs 7,500 in room rent from the next fiscal year can file an ‘opt in’ declaration with GST authorities between January 1 and March 31 of the ongoing fiscal year. Rooms smell, only some rooms are eligible to stay in. Location is good but staff aren’t too friendly either.
