I invited my Business Head from Bengalore and booked the Hotel for stay, I think this is the biggest mistake I did The receptionist was so rude, so un mannered, such an pathetic behaviour I would specially like to mention I kindly request the management to look upon this situation and take strict action toward him Thanks

Very arrogant staff, room service and quality was very bad, complimentary breakfast was horrible. Very poor stay. Bedsheet and towel was not clean, room was stinking. No basic amenities were provided by the staff and hotel. Extra money was charged after booking.

Not at good location .. Food is worsen. Dont go with MEP plan... they serve you Rs.50 wala food and wl charge 200 to 40

Everything is good except the worst location & worst reception help. Food is average, worst taxi booking experience hardly taxis got the location accurate

Location good. Near to institute of neurosciences Kolkata. Food is also good and courteous staff. price reasonable.

the rooms were clean. the staff were good and cooperative. food service was well average. bathroom was all good. it was all good as per the budget. a budget friendly hotel. the bed sheets were all nice. ac was quite good working and gave us a relief in the hot warm weather of kolkata. there were no safety concerns for sure. must visit hotel in kolkata. However I recommend them to include some more item options to the breakfast for updating themselves. Except that everything else is superb and top notch.

There were cockroaches in the room, window wouldn’t close. Need to work on cleanliness and hygiene.

Overall i can say it was a reasonably good stay, guys at the front desk are cordial, even house keeping too were courteous!
