Good service little small rooms

Worst hotel ever lived in my life time.

No restaurants, small corridors, small room, dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty towel, rude manager, no room service. Never suggest.

This hotel is easy to find, suitably located at Sudder Street. The rooms are really small, bathroom is very small too, no soap is provided. Staff is uncooperative. Staff lacks hospitality. The good things about this hotel is its location, cheapness and affinity to places like Fort William, Raj Bhawan etc.

Location OK but worst hotel, cleanliness very bad. Smelling like not yet cleaned for past 2 years. Zero ventilation. . Delete such Makemytrip hotels. Really bakwass.

I was travelling single and wanted to book hotel close to market but though the location was OK but hotel and management were very bad. I didn't expect this for the money I paid I even complained make my trip but there was no response for long time. It really pathetic Experience I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit or check-in this hotel

Not happy with MMT this time, I reached Kolkata at 8 am and called hotel guy, he told me your room is confirmed, when we reached the hotel diplomat at around 11. 30 they told that AC room is not available you'll have to adjust in a non AC room, we however booked standard AC room only, I called MMT cust care twice after that the hotel person adjusted us in a nearby hotel namely hotel palace the room was AC but in cleanliness, service, infrastructure I'll give zero rating. We anyhow passed the night.

The hotel has given fake pictures in the net and the actual picture of the hotel is worst, please go and see once I have to pay extra 700 to change my room to AC really waste of money please, don't book this hotel. The service provided by them is also poor.

Very worse hotel in the whole sadar street, better to go there and book hotel by yourself rather than book this one online, they didn't even give any Chadar, no toilet accessories not even towel or soap nothing are available, no water is there to drink. Very poor service and very rude staff. I personally suggest to everyone that please don't ever go there.

Near by shopping area, hotels and metro station. Rooms are dirty and smelly .. Toilet not clean .. Shower doesn't have enough power should be improved. Staff are helpful .. Altogether good area to stay for one day ..

Very clumsy. Unable to sleep at night as there was very loud noise. The room has no windows which create suffocation. Well the only benefit is it is near to new market. In 800 rupees what more will you get in Kolkata.

We stayed but hotel is old and shabby though in a very good location for shoppers. New market is the great attraction for us and our stay served it very well. First they gave us very old room with bed smell but after requesting they provided us a good room next day.

Decent rooms, great location. Right in the heart of the city. A great place to stay for single travellers. Its proximity to park street and other markets makes it ideal for short stays. Goes easy on the pocket.

Rooms are shabby, what they show in pics is not real. Not suggested for stay. Rooms are very congested, small, wash room window do not have panes, instead covered with cloth. Not suitable for family. Service is not up to mark. No Mobile network inside rooms.

Nice ambience and situated in a great location and worth the price. If you looking for a cheap hotel and yet good one, this is a good choice. Basic facilities but neat and clean and a great option for the business traveler. Can surely give it a try the next time.

Hotel is located near New Market area, hence very noisy and congested place. Rooms were very small, untidy. Didn't provide any towel. Rooms smelled like alcohol. Room service was not good. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice ambience and situated in a location where everything is available, also the facility is really good. If you are looking for a hotel which is cheap yet you want good location then I will suggest to stay here.

Hotel is in terrible condition. Hot water not available, shower damaged, dirty room, no tower, dirty bed, mouse in room, no foreign channels in TV. Only location was good but at that price I could get better hotel in same location.

Its situated in prime location, walkable distance from Esplanade. Shopping Centre New Market is hardly away from the hotel. It's worth of money paid. Very soft bed, clean washroom, big size TV. Room Service is prompt and economical.

Location is fantastic, anyone can cover whole Kolkata from here because it is near to park street. The staff was friendly in service. The room allotted to me was good and it was well maintained with all required amenities in working condition. I did not eat food at this hotel. There were no activities happening in this hotel. Good for one to two night stay
