They didn't allowed us to enter the premises because of their so called rules that they just allow people from other state to enter their premises

It was average, the room was comfortable but the first room they gave us was very small.

My experience was bad. Rooms are very small and smell of tobacco is entrenched in walls , pillows , bed sheets etc Only good thing is location, other wise poor value for money

Great Room and food, nice room services, location is suitable for people comes to Park Street ,without any disturbance from city sounds you can be there..nice fish Biriyani, add some South Indian dishes to menu..

The bathroom was really small, the room ventilation was terrible and housekeeping was complaining to give 2 towel. And in my previous stay there was no water in the bathroom.

The room was good , but small with comparison to the charges they levied. The two girl receptionist were not at all welcoming.. they haven't offered welcome drinks as per the policy share in MMT. And was talking very rudely.. as if we are taking any favour from her own property.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience has been very disappointing. Despite multiple complaints, neither the hotel nor MakeMyTrip has provided a satisfactory resolution. After booking a suite room, I was given a room that was unclean, had an unpleasant smell, and was not hygienic. The service from the hotel was poor, and they did not cooperate or address my concerns adequately. As a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip, regularly booking more than five rooms each month, I expected better assistance and support. Unfortunately, I have not received the help I needed, which has left me quite frustrated. Given the current situation, I am seriously considering uninstalling the MakeMyTrip app unless I see prompt and effective action to resolve these issues. I hope you understand my concerns and can help address this matter swiftly.

Very Good hotel, breakfast was good, the location is just near mocambo and the hotel staff was very helpful

Location is very good and ideal. Food is good. Amenities and services are ok. Receptionist lady (believe her name is Aiswarya) was very good and supportive.

Room was too small for two. It was 13x7.5 inclusive wash area. Only 2 water bottles of 500 ml each were provided. 1 lr bottle was charged @50 against an MRP of 20. No resolution from MMT help desk

Property location is as perfect as its in Park Street convenient for near by hotels & restaurants just is the rooms is too small & smells little different & rest about the staff was nice breakfast was also good reception timely calls to room for details regarding visitor or breakfast over I can say my next booking will be in the same hotel Thanks 🙏

The stay at The Corporate was good and comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic and close to Park Street. I enjoyed the daily breakfast at the hotel which had a good spread. I would definitely come and stay at this property again; and I have as this was my second time there.

I was 8hrs extrastay after check out. staff was extremely helpful as I was checking in..polite and helpful staff
