I regret to inform you that my recent experience has been very disappointing.
Despite multiple complaints, neither the hotel nor MakeMyTrip has provided a satisfactory resolution. After booking a suite room, I was given a room that was unclean, had an unpleasant smell, and was not hygienic. The service from the hotel was poor, and they did not cooperate or address my concerns adequately.
As a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip, regularly booking more than five rooms each month, I expected better assistance and support. Unfortunately, I have not received the help I needed, which has left me quite frustrated.
Given the current situation, I am seriously considering uninstalling the MakeMyTrip app unless I see prompt and effective action to resolve these issues.
