Urban Cliff - A Boutique Hotel

Stay was good, room was clean but the bedsheet, pillows and blanket was stained and smelly. Service was average we have to ask water bottle twice but still they failed to deliver.

First of all the property, I mean the room they provided was dirty! They even can’t allow outside food! Bathroom was pathetic(very dirty). And the receptionist behaviour was very rude! The full reception was empty still they want us to wait 20 to 30 min!

Nice stay, staff was very good, clean room. location is middle of Central Kolkata and Newtown. if you want to visit in Kolkata then you can choose the Urban Cliff hotel

Hotel location and food not suitable for Vegitarian person, rooms are dirty and washroom is honorable

Location is easy yo find. Room were decent but bit untidy. Shower were not not working properly. Also, the shower gel was available. vegetarian option in breakfast is not available only they provide bread, jam and butter. Also, the rooms were not cleaned regularly. But the stay was comfortable. Can be improved. Many of the amenities were not available.Like laundry service, mini refrigerator, iron, slippers

There were no multiple options for breakfast, & Breakfast we received after 50 minutes of ordering. Commode was not properly cleaned.

This is my second visit at Urban Cliff. The reason for coming back here just because it is a clean property with good service of polite staff.

It was a an excellent stay...a proper deluxe room with good amenities....location wise perfect very close to science city...restaurant serves good food. Overall it is suggestible.

I visited the hotel with my family, and my experience was overall not bad. The room was clean and we were given good bedsheet only it had a bit of dirt but not much to worry about, the Ac was fine but it didn't cool the room pretty well even though its already mid oct. The hotel staff were polite and good the receptionist was also polite and a bit funny. Room service was good we were provided extra mattres even though in the app it showed extra mattress not included in my package. Hotel WiFi although was disappointing as even after entering the right password it didn't connect. overall I would say a solid 3.5 star experience.

terrible experience we stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time 1st time we had good experience but when stayed for 2nd time room was not that much good as we expected in washroom light was broken we stayed for 3 days still we have to asked them clean our room but again and again they are 2 to 5 can clean your room we went for outside so for 3 days we had to in unclean room worst experience we are not stay here again
