What was fine - hot water - ac working very well - breakfast what was bad - the milk powder was expired - cleanliness needs big improvement and there was a wet smell in the room.

businessThis was my official trip to kolkata. The room was shabby and the painting was done long before, but the room was clean. The mattress used was the coir mattress on the bed and the pillows were all stringed. The washroom was also old & hence it had a shabby look, the cleanliness was average.

Denied early check-in despite of available rooms, priority given to direct customers for early check-in. Also the room allotted was different from the booked room. Room service was very poor. The management was terrible. Didn't expect the service to be this bad
