they have allotted a room no 303, in which there was lot of problems, when i was turning of the ac and using fan, everywhere covered from thin droplets of water like it was most raing.when i told the manager to change the room they denied, after complaining to make my trip customer care they have changed the. room. i will give 1 out of 5 in terms of sanitation. The comod was not cleaned properly. Bed and pillow were OK and upto the mark.

The rooms were very clean and sufficiently spacious enough. The staff was also well behaved

The name of property 'Super Towhouse Rosedale' is not showing in google map. Also not showing at property name board. It is difficult to know about your booking location at night. I reached the location but leave and go ahed due to its name board where showing reliance guest house as showing in google map.

I stayed in this place for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The only downside of this place is its location which is a bit off, apart from that room, food, service everything is top notch. Rooms: Rooms are spacious, very clean and have all modern amenities. Service: The staff behaviour is very polite and they are very quick as well as welcoming. Food: I tried breakfast and lunch. The breakfast was very tasty and homely but lunch was okay. Overall a great experience, it's usually very quiet and clean.

The stay was comfortable, room and bathroom was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall had a nice experience staying at townhouse rosedale. Will definitely consider again.

Room is cleaned and it was a good stay. Food is also good but slightly overpriced. Overall it was a good experience.
