The rooms were filthy there was dirt and hair everywhere on the bedsheets and the floors had stains. Staff behaviour was sort of rude for the most part

Hotel staff behaviour is good. Rooms also clean. Good location. Outside food is not allowed but the food of their hotel is very good, little expensive.

Cleanliness was the issue. Space was also lesser. No breakfast provided, which was mentioned during booking. Bathroom was not clean and space was not sufficient

I booked the hotel for 3 person but there was only one double bed for sleeping one bed is unavailable for staying. Customer executive harassed us by holding my phone 30 to 45 minutes

Mm t says room size will 130 sq-ft but room was 70-80 sq ft and bed size was horrible i have to sleep very carefully to not get on floor during sleep

Manager is so helpful, others stuff are joyful, otherwise distance from airport 1. 7 k. M, if you booked uber only you pay 108 rs.

I reached there at 11 p. M and they said that our register in not here so they make me wait for the register for 40 mins. I requested to give me entry by showing my ids and said that when register will come i will sign then. But they don't allowed me. Whole day journey i was very tired but they don't hear my concern. Very bad experience.

Definitely we had a smooth check in experience. Staffs are very helpful. In-spite of large amount of check in customers queue the check in process took only 3 minutes.
