Sort stay but quite and comfortable....................................................................................

Overall hotel experience is average. Staff is helpful, cleanliness is average, amenities are OK, TV is satisfactory, food is average, breakfast menu is below average. Hotel location is good.

I have booked two rooms and both the rooms are very dirty pillows and bed cover ,overall very dirty rooms and sorroundings of the room,service is very bad restaurant people behaved very rudely,overall very shitty rooms ,never recommend anyone this hotel,only good thing about the hotel is reception staff ,reception staff is very good other staff and cleanniness of the hotel is very poor

Dirty bed sheet, dirty towel sets and cockroach in the room. I stayed for 5 days and room was clean and the towels were changed only once. I would not recommend anyone to stay

Location is good food we did not tried amenities average service good do overall average stay need to improve on amenities and cleaning

Dirty rooms dirty linen a dungeon would have been better a place, had raised a complaint on mm t for a refund yesterday when i checked out one day earlier i am yet to get a feedback

Prime location at south kolkata. Clean spacious room. Restaurant food is awesome. Very pleasant stay. Good for personal as well as official purposes.

Well the hotel is xlnt and service too good. Cafeteria xlnt with care to customers. We enjoyed it for the entire period.

Good points: spacious room with enough a/c. Well behaved service people and also reception persons. Excellent south indian restaurant. Things to improve: loose toilet seat. Leaking flush.

Bedsheets and towels were very dirty.all water taps are broken or liking in a very bad shape

Owner kedia people of swagath hotels have the intention to earn only money from the customers but this is not fair they are just doing fraud with the customers service are very poor rooms are old and unmaintained. Fans and lights are not working switches are out of order mattress are outdated and scary please never book any rooms in such an greedy organisation hospitality.

Room ambience is very bad 👎. Room is very bad and bed & blankets smell is coming. Hence checked out before 03 hours.

Dirty bed sheets and stained mattress ( i requested a room change at after seeing the stained mattress, and was given another, slightly better one. Towels are dirty and smell off. The staff are nice. Vishal at reception and ajay are polite and willing to help. I was billed for the second dosa i had in the complimentary breakfast ( as i am rationed only one dosa in the complimentary breakfast - this was just awful. I had paid for second person, so i claimed the second dosa as for second person and didn't pay the bill. I met another two guys next morning who were also charged for second dosa in complimentary breakfast earlier. Either say limited complimentary or just don't bother, swagath.

Positive: good food and helpful service. negative: bad infrastructure for example bed. They combined to single bed beds to create a double bed. In nights the two beds tend to separate creating a gap between the two. Bad hygiene: bad quality sheets pillow blanket dirty and of bad quality. (before the room was changed it was extremely dirty. 1 may argue why i did not request the service to change the sheets belows and blanket but i did request them multiple times and it changed from extremely dirty to dirty and this was after i asked him twice or thrice to change it seemed like quality of seats itself was very bad. I didn't wanted to ask them to change the fourth time, it seems their idea of sheet itself was like slightly dirty hai ye to chalega. Blanket that they gave where single bed blankets like the ones used for distribution by government, extremely bad quality bad wi-fi connectivity. For the first day of my stay there was no wi-fi itself starting the end of second day wi-fi was there but very bad quality. Network problem: during call, but that has been there with other hotels that i stayed earlier in the area so that's fine

Bed sheets, pillow cover, blanket covers were all dirty and unhygienic. Food was average to good, staff behaviour from room service was decent

It's a good property with good rooms and food. With this price point it's a good place to check in.

It is in one word very satisfying. All departments e. G, reception, house keeping, home service are extremely helping and efficient. Quality of food and room are as expected.
