It was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was helpful. Food was good. Room dining service is good. I really enjoyed the stay. It is near to US embassy so those coming for visa may use this hotel.

all was excellent and perfect in all aspect .food was good and up to mark ,the services was prompt and was done in time

I was not happy with the staff’s behaviour and hospitality They charged me on items that were not told prior I did not like their attitude

The location is excellent but the stay wasn’t great. They have a peculiar spray for mosquitoes which smells terrible n is all over the hotel. The bathrooms are very small n water leakage issue which they didn’t attend despite numerous calls.

Property location,security,house keeping is excellent.Food and Buffet breakfast needs improvement. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned properly. Security and ground staff is very cordial.Food taste and quality was not good.

We stayed at Hotel Aauris for two nights and had a very comfortable experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to get around. The room was neat and clean, and the overall maintenance of the property was impressive. The staff were very courteous and professional. They also allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was very good, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a terrible experience at the Aauris hotel in Kolkata. Their staff broke our original MacBook charger during room cleaning and the hotel refused to bear any responsibility for the damage. The way the hotel staff handled the whole situation was abysmal with 0 accountability. They said they would get back to us with a resolution but neither did we hear back from the manager, nor did they respond to the multiple queries we asked to multiple staff members. We wasted a whole day on multiple phone calls, talking to multiple people, and they just had us running in circles. To top it all, the manager did not even seem apologetic about the incident and kept laughing in a manner. At one point, they even , we had broken the charger ourselves. We received no compensation neither for our damage or the they put us through We are truly by the incident and would not recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was perfectly sized, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. It was a very pleasant stay!

I recently stayed at Hotel Auris in Kolkata, and while the experience had a few positives, it left me with mixed feelings overall. On the brighter side, the front office team’s service was good – courteous, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. Mini Bar & Room The mini bar was decently stocked with drinks & snacks which was a nice touch. The rooms themselves were just average – clean but nothing special. Unfortunately, the TVs weren’t smart TVs and had only a very limited selection of channels, which felt outdated. Bathroom The bathroom toiletries were well-stocked, which I appreciated. However, the wall design was rather funny – it seemed like an afterthought, with a panel awkwardly fitted in. On top of that for hot water, what came through the taps was just lukewarm at best. One of the biggest drawbacks was the strong, strange smell in the corridors, which wasn’t very welcoming. Breakfast was disappointing – average to below average, with many items being repeated daily and not much variety to look forward to. Location The hotel is located close to Park Street, but it’s at the far end. While you can technically walk, it’s still a good 15 minutes away from the main block where most of the activity happens. Overall Hotel Auris works if you’re looking for a functional stay near Park Street with decent service, But if you’re after comfort, modern amenities, or a great breakfast spread, this might feel underwhelming.

Room is very noisy there is loud noise coming from the ac ducts i have booked for 3 adults asked for extra bed, not provided.i had lunch in the restaurant food is not at all good price is sky high.

Very rude and unprofessional staff at front desk. My AC did not work for 2 days as I was on business trip I left the hotel early requesting to please check AC in room when I came back late night it wasn’t working. I had a flight in morning at 9.30 I requested them to provide breakfast by 6.45am and straight away they said not possible where breakfast starts at 7am. They need to understand the customer need. Hope this reaches to concern person.
