Super Hotel O New Town Near Kolkata Airport

The room was terrible dirty.. Because of which we just checkin and haven't stayed for 15 mins also.. And then left telling them that your room is very dirty and we can't stay here...

it was a horrible experience. very dirty room, dirty pillows, towel and blanket . took extra charges for a bottle of water. The AC remote was not there to adjust the temperature. dirty door handles. don't book this hotel.

The hotel does not maintain even the minimum level of hygiene. The rooms look like they are used by drunkards and are extremely unkempt. The beds are very dirty and uncomfortable. In addition, the behavior of the hotel staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

Pollution free place , ventilated rooms but need to be more organised as washroom toilet needs bit maintainance and rat control required . Generator is highly required .

Tv not Working. Drinking water facility not available. bed sheet too much dirty. over all average experience

I recently stayed at this hotel . Overall the experience was okay not great but not terrible either. The staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel was good, clean wel ventilated,but service might be better, in my booking there's attached breakfast but not given to me, bathroom supplies not available like bucket mug, other wise it's ok type.

Terrible experience! the room had a horrible smell, and the blanket was filthy. The bathroom lock was broken, making it very inconvenient. The room itself was extremely small and cramped. We only stayed because we had no other option for the night. Definitely not worth even 1 star.

Food is very costly. E van the water bottle also the take 30 rs. In single. Room facilities is also poor and tv also not working. Mangement is very poor in the area and location is good.

Very very bad service. Very bad hotel, not good at all, toilet is not good, gizer is not working. So over all my experience is very bad.

Worst stay ever I stayed. Completely non-hygienic rooms bed sheet are too dirty hairs on the bed. Their is leakage on the bathroom pipe. Too many mosquitoes but they didn't provide all out even . Staff behaviour is ride they forcefully asking for tip without solving any issue.

I had undisturbed and restful nights here. The team was kind and provided great hospitality.

The staff is nice, but the room is okay one, there were red ants on the bedsheet and there was a foul smell in the room. The pillows were completely rotten.
