Dont book the hotel bed sheets are uncleaned and rooms are in poor condition with no proper ventilation and the staff our not well professional.

The hotel is an old property which is okayish . Certainly not recommended for anyone looking for an experience or family outing . It is a good quality lodge at the most

Worst hotel I ever booked... Bad and dirty roooms and rude staff behaviour... I complained serval time to change the room but they didn’t listen.. just delayed till the last day.. I booked this hotel for 4 nights total waste of money... don’t ever book this hotel

👎🏽 Not good. Only the building looks good from outside. Inside it's crap. Lift is wired doesn't work properly. Room smells like outhouse can't even breath. Workout cushions, NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS, N no iron, Broken AC. Now you tell me what should I do when I paid so much for this hotel.

Hygiene standards were severely lacking. - Feels Unsafe & Worthless:The overall environment felt insecure and poorly managed. It was a complete waste of money. Avoid this hotel at all costs there are much better option available."

Staff was rude. Room was in pathetic condition. No hygiene were maintained. Asked for Iron but it was not available. Pathetic service.

Delayed check in. Bed sheets were not properly cleaned. The bed itself seemed like it had been overused and sinking in. Really bad sleep. Even the room contents itself looked so different from what was shown in the booking.

The property sucks as I could never reach there and they still charged the entire amount for 3 nights stay knowing that I won't be able to make it. Bloody thieves!

The location of the hotel was convenient. It's in the vicinity of Law college road and has good connectivity. Lunch was good, overall taste was up to standard and enough portion size for two. Bed wasn't too comfortable though.

There were cockroaches in the hotel room! sofa and mattress in the room was very dirty and there was no proper ventilation in the room. And despite this they charged ₹175 for an omelette

The location was good, the room was clean, but unfortunately I didn't get hot water, and parking in the promises. We didn't taste the food and services because we arrived late and left early in the morning.

Bed and pillow were very uncomfortable to sleep on. No proper flush in washroom. Also very limited options to eat nearby. Restaurant food didn't had breakfast menu.

The stay was excellent. Room was very clean and the owner of the restaurant was very humble and he let us wait in the lounging area while our return bus was running late.

My stay was very good , Vincent who is front desk manager was available for help anytime and was very helpful and hospitable

The experience was good. The location was peaceful .But we have booked 1 room for 3 people with breakfast. But they have provided only for 1 person breakfast.

The property is located in good area and close by to Garware Metro station. The services, amenities are quite good considering the price.
