I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and my overall experience was truly delightful. The location is excellent – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and relaxation. Accessibility was easy, with good connectivity to transport and nearby markets, making it very convenient for both leisure and basic needs. The food was one of the highlights of my stay. The variety offered was impressive, with a mix of local and international cuisines. Each meal was freshly prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread, in particular, was rich and satisfying, setting the perfect tone for the day. The amenities provided were top-notch and thoughtfully maintained. From the well-kept rooms to recreational facilities such as big sitting area and, everything reflected comfort and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a homely yet luxurious feel. What truly set the property apart, however, was the service. The staff were exceptionally courteous, professional, and always eager to assist. Every request was handled promptly with a warm smile, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this property delivers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and value.

Kitty house is a good value hotel , spacious and clean room , polite and helpful staff , quite location , they do not have a kitchen but they arrange from there tied up restaurants

it was a good stay with good amenities and we'll behaved staff. The breakfast was wholesome and the housekeeping were cooperative

Decent place, good ambience. No in house kitchen but they have arrangements. Staff behavior nice, swiggy, zomato allowed. Overall very Decent experience.

All amenities very good. The only problem is the quality of water supply, which has high iron content, and unsuitable for bathing. The box windows are especially nice. And the executive room size is very appreciable, with more than enough closet space, and good furnishing. Room service was prompt as well. Food has to be ordered from outside but that is not much of an issue

It was a nice stay at kitty house for 3 days..the rooms were quite spacious and clean..the atmosphere is serene.. the house keeping facility and the reception facility were all up to the mark..you can go there without any tension for a peaceful and perfect stay in Kolkata.

The property is good,the rooms are spacious and well arranged, and the staff's behaviour is also good. The only issue is the water from the washroom is a bit salty. Overall a decent and good stay.

The property has an excellent hospitality, the room quality were too good in terms of safety and luxury....they do not have a restaurant at the moment as its new...however they allow online food deliveries and has tie up with quality restaurants....

Kitty House kolkata is a fantastic hotel with very good staff. They are very prompt and are really helpful.
