Location wise it is good place and quiet family environment and food also good but the ambience of the room is not so good ac was not working well and no intercom we used to call by mobile for our needed and the pillow bed sheets are not good. Overall services is not well previously i had stayed there so i opt this places but this type not a satisfied.

The room size was spacious, however the room was stinking. We also noticed the blankets were not clean and asked for a replacement for which they hadn’t changed them. Overall it was a bad experience.

The hotel is located near paltan bazar. The rooms are big and spacious and has the required amenities. But, there is a lack of maintenance. The mirror was filled with spots and some of the lights in the room were not working.

familyThe service was truly unsatisfactory. The staffs from manager to room service staffs were unprofessional and unsupportive. The room were very unorganized with dirty pillow and even the blankets were smelling awful. They provide no tooth brush and paste in the washroom. And for 2 persons in double size bed only 1 towel was provided and even after repeated request they didn't provide even a spare towel. It was indeed a disrespectful stay and what even worst was the disappointing and unprofessional attitude of the staffs. Please avoid choosing this guest house. Thank you

This guest house is extremely dirty and poorly manage. Bathroom were also dirty and there were water leakage too. Try to upgrade to better room but they refuse saying it was online booking so they can't. Bed sheet, pillow have stains and were dirty also.
