Bathroom are in poor condition and it doesn’t deserve the price being charged. Cockroaches crawling around in bedroom and bathrooms. Shower can’t be used due to its uncleanliness.

The staff is good but the rooms were not maintained properly. No Smart TV, they should renovate the rooms. Bathroom doors have cracks, bathroom glass was not there. But the stay was good

hospitality very poor, complimentary breakfast is not available, room service and house keeping is not good, no toiletries except shampoo and hand wash. intercom not working properly. rooms are looking very bad. bath towels and bed sheets are with bad smell.

Good location,neat and clean hotel located in centre of the city most of the tourist places are near by, metro station also walkable Had Good stay , hotel is located in the centre of city, easily accessible,near to main road,most of tourist places are nearby.

Pros: Spacious room. Cons: Typical OyO room scenario. You book in website and get different in the spot. I payed for complimentary breakfast but the hotel is not ready provide. Mattress is plastic covered and staff is not ready to remove the same. We were forced to sleep on plastic. If ask room service they take atleast one hour to respond. TV doesn’t work nor the land phone. Uncoperative staff. Never ever book an OYO room.

There is no maintenance. It was very poor. But the service is more effective .and the location is more travel friendly
