Hotel O Sansarchandra Road Formerly Luna Rosa

Actually i have not stayed in this hotel. I have checked in the hotel and seen that floor is wet, toilet is not proper clean, bed sheet was not clean as expected. i have checked out hotel within one hour.

I will be honest. Came from Hyd.im not expecting good also but a moderate experience. Firstly the washroom and the pan I don’t know for how long they don’t clean them. Provides tremendous dirty room you can’t even imagine . Then poor room lights. Gives only 1 blanket single for 2 people. Very bad staffing. That’s the reason they don’t bother to keep it clean, the basic clean,

And TV was not working there was no wifi and no electric kettle.When i demanded for toiletries they said it was out of stock and even the towel and pillows were totally worn out.Would never ever suggest to any one it was total waste of money.

Had such a positive solo stay. Staff was welcoming and room was exactly right for my individual needs.
