1)Food:- Good quality 2) Location:-Central place but crowded and busy traffic. 3)clean area and Good facilities.

In all hotel is good for stay but needs to be reviewed by management & needs to be kept upto mark. Staff is supportive. There are cockroach, door locks needed to be repaired/serviced, drainage & basic amenities needed to be taken care of.

The staff is totally very rude to talk the housekeeping people specially...in their premium room also they keep towels and other toiletries for a single person..the phone to call for reception is not working and when asked to give the towels directly the lady on floor says call at reception first and then only u will give if the room is booked in advance for 2 people how can you set things according to one person....no reply or help on this issue...as well as there is a language problem also with the housekeeping staff please appoint people with any one language known either HINDI OR ENGLISH...very very bad experience

their service is very bad.the room we stayed for two days was very bad.if we locked the door to go out its become difficult to open then we have to call the employees.then bathroom door can't be closed.then the breakfast two types is enough serve properly

Great hotel with less price. Location is outstanding with polite behaviour of staff.Clean linen with comfortable bed.SPA service price is little bit expensive.Overall 5 star rating with this price

The day shift staff was rude, unhelpful and not open to feedback. They first gave me a room that wouldn't open easily and then gave me a room where the geyser did not work but they were not willing to change it. The food was good but food options in the breakfast were very limited.

So many cockroaches are here in the room and also security at gates were not that humble they didnt open the door whenever closed and also reception areas AC not working, no such a good experience like 3 star hotel.

Property just 2 mins from Lakdikapul metro station and well connected. The stay was good and morning breakfast was good

I wanted to share a frustrating experience. This morning, I faced a power issue and requested a room change, thinking it was a room-specific problem. However, you managed to find a temporary fix, and the power worked later in the day. But when I returned from work in the evening, the TV wasn't working due to a recharge issue. And to top it off, the AC failed at 1 AM! I was surprised then you told me we are change the rooms, at midnight with the different issues. "Why did you wait till 1 AM to change the room? Couldn't this have been done in the morning when we first checked and I requested the change?"

Great location, tidy rooms but breakfast spread is limited. Polite front desk, Good team, Easy access. Food tastes good.vast parking lot. Good for both business & family stay. Good work. Keep it up.

I had a terrible experience in the cent hotel. Worrest hospitality, food is also not upto the mark No proper room service I have booked superior room which is for 3 members but u got only 2 beds, when I reached out to reception desk they Said we will provide a extra bed without charge but it’s charged when checkout. There is no proper parking at the cent hotel, parking looks like a dump yard, rats running overthere, getting foul smell. About food: There is one person called Suraj I think. His behaviour is very rude. Even when serving food he is showing attitude which is unacceptable. My overall feedback to the hotel cent is very terrible. In my overall 10 years of experience I never seen this type of Accommodation which is very horrible. My suggestion to MakeMyTrip is remove this hotel from your portal/ ti up. If still you guys do business with the hotel cent for sure you loose hope on MakeMyTrip users. Thankyou
