location, food & services are excellent but inside the room unable to switch off the fan and also the furniture is not good. I request please look into it otherwise overall very good. Next I will come again.

Rooms were good, The Toilet Shower wasn't that good. Maintenance and Room service was very good., Food Was Good., The Only negative is the Management is not allowing the guest to the rooms, which can be restricted till some time. Rest all fine.

No support for early check in. All the contact nos not working. No courtesy call for pre booking. Inside room small cockroach moving freely and found very horrible. No response from front desk even though I informed in my very first day stay. Tariff is costly for this room condition.

This is the worst experience I faced in hotel industry in hyderabad.The front reception staff behaviour is to worst. I booked the hotel one day before around morning, 9'clock, I call the reception i am coming for a meeting. Please arrange my room before 11 o'clock, i requested them but hotel reception staff, but the hotel staff not given me room until it was 12:40 PM STEFF HAS LOT OF HEADSTONE.THE WATER MAINTENANCE ALSO ZERO WASTE OF MONEY.ONLY ONE THING IT WAS IN A PRIME LOCATION

Although the property is centrally located but the services are very bad, the bed lenin is very dirty and the so are the bathrooms. Breakfast was average. Overall stay was just average.

Poor hygien dirty bedsheets dirty toilet dirty room poor and full of dust fan. Disastrous. Only good thing about them is buffet breakfast with good food quality. Rest all is pathetic.

Location is at centre place given easy access to all tourist spot. Breakfast is really awesome. Amenities... average. Staff is good and cooperative.

I stayed at The Cent Hotel with my family for 3 nights during our Hyderabad trip. The location is very central, close to all major tourist places like Hussain Sagar, Snow World, and Charminar. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package, and both were very good in taste and saved us a lot of time and money. The staff was polite and cooperative. Room service was quick. Overall, a nice and budget-friendly stay for families. Just a small suggestion — the bathroom maintenance could be improved a little.

Hot water was not available, room service very slow, food was good , room was ok , need renovation . There were small cockroaches in room . Staff was kind .good location n easy excess to all locations .

Worst experience, they give me check in at around 10 a.m but they charged ordered food, it was very bad returned food but they charged for it as well, my breakfast was added.i have not done the breakfast, i asked for a cup of tea at 11 am they charged for that also, it was a pathetic saty, i wont book again

We went as a family and had a very pleasant stay at The Cent. Location is very near to all tourist attractions.The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the live counter — everything was fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and good value for the price. Room service was prompt, and even in the restaurant, the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

property is in a good location close to metro line also good breakfast buffet for 3.5 k it's worth staying also very close to hussain sagar lake

Property location was great..was able to visit charminar, birla mandir,chowmahalla palace,zoo ,Salar Jung museum ...all were within 5km to. 9km... complimentary bfast was great and had lot of varities...overall had a pleasant stay..
