The Hotel needs to be renovated. The room service needs to be pro-active and the hotel is not clean. The bathroom and the room was not cleaned up to the mark.

all good except a lot of cockroaches everywhere, please keep your bathroom more hygienic and the flush also keeps leaking

Rooms are big, but severe pest problem. Hot water is a luxury. 90% of times you don't get hot water in shower Pest control is the most serious concern

A terrible four-day stay. Front desk staff were utterly non-cooperative and arrogant, ignoring repeated requests to change the room. Nothing improved despite raising the issue (cleanliness of room, water issue in the toilet, very less lighting etc) multiple times. The experience was a waste of money and the hotel’s online ratings are completely misleading. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.

Stay was good. They can work on food. Food was not tasty i ordered white sause pasta and it was all white milk inside

Heart of city is key location of the property breakfast was awesome . Very near to metro. Room was large and service is good

I stayed(28/10/2025) with my family and the room was worst there was beer bottle lids(Dhakan) and ladies hairs bathroom was stinking and the wall of bathroom was not clean and there was a leakage from wall of bathroom.worst experience

From reception to the manager in the restaurant are very prompt n cordial.I m overall happy with the staff performance.

Lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room. Toilet and bathroom was very dirty. Lobbies were full of smoking smell. We were tired so opted for the hotel just because we were not having energy to explore more options.

Overall it's good experience for staying here. Property is centrally located, front office, restaurant staff is well mannered. Amenities other than restore, restobar , are good but missing room cleanliness, provided Very dimmed lights , which kills the appearance of room . Actually it need to be improved, bathrooms are average. Need to be insecticide.

location excellent, amenities average, food - good, services - average , good for budget, but it's an old hotel, so don't expect all luxury only bad things - cockroach are everywhere in room.. it's not good for family , or for anyone.
