    They are treating the customers who have made online booking through make my trip badly. I have stayed there earlier and I know the difference in treatment. I checked in late and hence requested for consideration in check out next day at least by one hour which I think is acceptable, but my request was rejected.

    Location is apt. But the hotel service and care is very pathetic. Room was even not ready at the time of check in. Found mineral water with top open. On enquiry they replied that it was for bulk booking. Even for bulk booking it's not healthy to supply this type of water. In bathroom water is not going properly. In hotel room and it's surrounding there was a bad smell.
