The washroom had a dirty Smell, The wardrobe and tables were not clean enough. All the corner spaces and chairs looked dirty. Morning Breakfast was very good.

Good Stay
The property is located in a very prime place. Good is good. The hotel is very old and need some renovation inside the room. Bathrooms and Toilets were average

Terrible Stay
Overall the room was very bad there were cockroaches and Ac was not working and also there is no proper lighting in the room as well it was very bad hotel and the staff and not friendly

The hotel has location advantage just beside Lakdikapul metro station. However, the room was not good. Poor lighting, not so clean bathroom, old furniture, some pesticide smell etc made the room not so comfortable. Out of my 2 days stay, first day I did not get hot water at all. The next day it was just warm. We cannot take hot bath here. We had taken paid breakfast. Again, this was not so great. Reception staffs are ok. But, overall staying experience was below average.

Good points *Please read bad points as well* Centrally located- birla temple, lumbini garden, many good pure veg restaurants nearby, lakdi ka pool metro station is just outside the hotel Fast room service Reception staff was good, they provided every information we needed to take the city tour ( do read bad points) Bad points 1. Ac was not at all working We felt humid all the time It needs servicing, i even developed allergy, that much uncleaned the AC was 2. No celing fan, they provided table fan 3. The hotel was not as decent as we expected Cocroches in the room, 4. No 24/7 hot water, they provide only till 11am and that too was lukewarm 5. Water bloking in the basin 6. When we asked room service for one extra body lotion, he rudely replied ‘it is there mam, we don’t provied extra one, and just hanged up’ 7. Very compact bathroom 8. The quality of food they provide, according to that it is overpriced. 9. The passage light inside the room was not working Overall we had below average experience there Do not book if you are planning to stay for more than one night
