Stay was very pleasant rooms were clean and new, bedsheets bed were clean, bathroom was clean there is no inhouse restaurant so only breakfast will be provided location is close to charminar and other prime tourist spot

I stayed here for one day official trip. Sharing the pros and cons below. Pros - i) Location is near to Ladkikapul metro ii) Staff behaviour is very good iii) Water bottle was provided and bathroom contained shower gel and shampoo iv) Overall experience was good, would like to visit again. v) Complementary breakfast was provided, food quality was average. vi) Wifi was fast, good for offical purposes. Cons - i) Saw one cockroach (adult sized) that crawled to my room. ii) There was smell of carpentry work, I think they might have recently renovated the bed
