Bit of confusion during check-in (not a major issue, but, did not expect it), restaurant was not open, bathroom lacked basic toiletries (not even a holder for soap) and there was some kind of smell in the hallways. We opted for this property being close to the place where we had to go, but, did not get a good experience. I would say lot of opportunity for improvement.

The name and projection of Treebo Brahma Regency, Pune is very high but physical situation is completely different. 1. The property maintenance is not good. 2. No toiletries are provided . Even for a shaving kit they charged extra. But in the booking page they mentioned differently. 3. TV network is very poor. 4. Hospitality is average. 5. The location is good.

This is a shady lodge masquerading as a hotel. 1- Booked a room and showed up only to be told that my booked room is unavailable and I'd have to shift to an inferior room. I asked them when will my booked room be available, they said they don't know. I asked them if they'll give me refund of the difference in tarrif , they said no. Here's the kicker- the same thing as happened will atleast 4 friends of mine on different occasion. 2- Reluctantly I chose the inferior room as it was late and I was too tired to search for anything else. Entered the room and slept only to we woke up by no electricity. This is in April FYI. Called the reception and no response. Too tired to step out, I waited two hours before the electricity was back. Didn't sleep much after that. 3- Woke up in the morning only to see that my toilet seat is broken. Tf? Somehow showered and headed for breakfast. Their breakfast area is similar to a jail. Stench of stale food confuses you and makes you loose your appetite. Drinking glasses are stained and even the spoons taste off. 4- A friend wanted to come over and stay the night. Provided with his ID only to be told that I'll have to pay more. I told them that the room is supposed to be for twin sharing they said no. I lost my cool and checked out. 5- There is absolutely no place to park your vehicle here. Even your two wheeler. You'll have to give you car to the valet and hope that they take care of your vehicle and don't park it in some shady place. 6- No dental kits, dirty old towels and no rugs to dry your feet. 7- TV screen was broken and I just spent my time looking at my phone 8- RATS RIGHT OUTSIDE MY WINDOW. tf? I'll not even pay 10 rs to stay here. Heck I won't even stay here if they pay me. This establishment should stop business and start something else

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The ambiance was not as expected, with the overall atmosphere feeling lackluster and unwelcoming. The room was subpar, with cleanliness being a major issue. The bedsheets were not clean, which was a big turn-off. Even the breakfast was below expectations—there weren’t many options, and the quality didn’t meet the standard I anticipated. I stayed here for 1 day and one of my friend came to meet for 10 min and hotel manager didn’t allowed to enter him and started asking money to enter in to hotel. While check out manager started asking money for cleaning room bedsheets, towels and other stuff and when we asked why we need to pay then thay have mentioned these are there policies and when we said will not pay then they started shouting. Very very bad experience

This place is astonishingly bad. The rooms are terrible, bed sheets look unclean - in fact staying there felt uncomfortable. The wardrobes were highly dated with dirt, you would not want to use them. The amenities were also missing unless asked for. I regretted booking this place. The restaurant within the hotel is also old, with visibly bad infrastructure. The breakfast had no variety, food seemed terrible as well. We barely ate anything there. When asked for some sort of an egg-based item, they outright refused.
