Hotel DM Residency

My stay was negatively impacted by several room deficiencies, despite the good service from the hotel staff. The location was inconvenient, requiring a 300-meter walk to find dining options. More seriously, the room was unsatisfactory: the bedsheets were dirty, and I found both bed bugs and small cockroaches. The lighting, a yellow color, also contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere, though the bathroom itself was decent.

The room was very Bad , the Blanket had Holes, there was a bad smell in the room and bathroom , hot water was coming in low quantity , the area where hotel is also bad

Staff were cooperative, good and friendly. Food provided was proper. Services were apt. Place could've been a little more cleaner. And pricing is a little bit higher. Or else worth the stay.

Hotel not good. It is very unclean, though they mentioned tioletoriws they do not provide dental kits. In pictures they shown western toilet but in actual they provided me room with indian toilet. Rooms are cleaned only after request.

If anyone coming at DM residency Specially new visitors They most welcome It's feel free and reasonable price at good location, About Service it's average hear, Some of staff very good 👍 They will guide you too If people looking reasonable price they must book by make my trip It's not paid promotion but ganuen review If you come direct They will make chane to Coustmer I hope this will help to Coustmer

no restaurant is available near with hotel, and the reception ambiance is good but room is pathetic.

The restroom and room are not at all clean. not recommended for any one especially family and couples

it's a normal range hotel. TV are not working, Ac is not good room are not so clean. over all its a normal range roon

Property location is prime but as compared to fare rooms are very pathetic. Rooms are not as shown on room service is very poor. Commited amenities are absent. Tv is not working. Lights in room are poor and not enough.

Pols avoid these kinds of hotels. The property refused to check in even after having confirmed reservations and payment in advance

The place stinks and the rooms and corridor are not cleaned. It's a 3rd rated lodge.

They think three adults can fit on a double bed so we payed extra and switched to a room with king bed. This doesn't end here, the bigger room had indian toilet while the smaller one had western. The bathroom itself was extremely dirty, the geyser size is so small we didn't get adequate hot water. For this price i would've gotten much better hotels which are much cleaner. This was a totally horrible experience.

Location was good, but the filthy guy at reception is very arrogant and arguing with me at 2am. I had booked for 2 days but this guy was shouting it was just for one day. Fit for short stay but not for over night
