Location of the hotel is really good. However the photos of the property are not the same based on which I booked. Amenities are satisfactory.. could have been better. Tata Sky was not available despite repeated requests.. There is high scope for improvement in the services.

Overall the experience was average. The bathroom was not clean and the shower was not working properly. They have not provided wifi and restaurant menu even after multiple requests. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Property is well located in Abids region.Proximity to several locations and well connected for cabs/autos. Did not try the food in their restaurant as it was on the higher end price wise. quality restaurants are there within 2-3 kms radius and we preferred them. Though I had booked two rooms,the receptionist told on checkin that there was only one and I had to insist to check again for the other.The second room was allotted after around one hour and that too on a lower level in the other end of the floor . Slippers,shower cap ,iron and ironing table,hair dryer etc were not provided although mentioned in the amenities. One room was not cleaned on the second day and water bottles were not supplied.When called for water the receptionist said that extra bottles will be charged. Nevertheless they send water bottles after a second request ten minutes later. Only one towel provided for a 2 pax. The closet was stained. Plus points Good and spacious rooms,24 hr hot water supply and other amenities mentioned in the cite. To sum up it was a stay a bit above average.3.5 stars reccomended.
