The location of the hotel was okay since we were there for medical purposes at AIG Hospital, but there was no particular parking spot for the guests. The hotel did not have a restaurant so we had to search for food nearby which was subpar at best. The room itself was fine but the elevator leading to it was too small to fit 3 people comfortably. Also, the geyser in the bathroom did not work so we had to make do with cold water. Additionally, there is construction going on nearby so the road leading up to the hospital was a mess to say the least: it was covered in dust and cement, which got even worse due to the rain.

Very untidy rooms. Rude staff. Receptionist asks adhar for both the pax agreed and have given. He wants both of us to sign.we signed. He asks both of our mobile numbers...How can a lady give her mobile number? I denied .. so he says your room will be cancelled. The owner then interviened and settled the issue.
