Average, first they allowed me a blocked room, then on request room was changed but bedsheets were torn and not clean. Otherwise good

pleasant stay. only issue is the elevator, the pre-recorded sound is very monotonous and irritating, if somebody forget to close the elevator door.

The hotel is good for a night stay for a business trip. However, if you are planning for multiple days trip, then there are better options with better amenities at the same price. A big miss is that it doesn't have a restaurant, so food comes from outside... only breakfast is served.

Very nice hotel. Hospitality of Mr . Suresh on front office was too good. Recommend the hotel for stay in Banjara Hills specially for budget stays

It was the worst stay in my life time. The room were just dirty. The walls were shabby. Bedsheets were dirty. there was no water on the tap in morning.

breakfast was not on time 7.30 in the morning I went to there cafe it's not ready and they're saying breakfast will Start from 8am and poor Customer service

room was near and clean. pleasant place to stay. so nice of the staffs.

we were travelling for our father's health checkup. the staff were very helpful. the rooms were neat, tidy and well equipped. the house keeping staff were efficient. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

overall room was very dirty, corners are never cleaned and window was not in working condition. the water was yellowish. if 3 star property are like this then i think some non star properties are much better then these types of 3 stars.

Room is spacious but I didn't like the interior and amenities. washroom was too small and not neat and clean. left is not working properly and AC is not working properly. in washroom water flow is too slow I had so many issues there. I didn't had the food in hotel but I ordered tea 2-3 times and I didn't like tea also. overall my experience is not good. hotel is good for one day stay but not for long time.

Clean rooms, toilets. Stay was comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was good.

From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, even arranging a late check-out for me. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured comfortable bedding. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I especially appreciated the varied breakfast buffet with fresh, tasty options. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return!

Welcoming front office , fast room service , for whatever was asked . Staff over there was able to accomodate early check in request , even though there was some internal communication gap . Highly Appericable !!!

I booked Split bed, but they provided Single bed, and asking to Upgrade, and Rooms and Bedsheets are very dirty, so I disappointed.
