Old both room facility and many insects inside the rooms even though it suit room it was looking like poor maintenance and food was not satisfactory

Rooms were smelling bad as if nobody had stayed. Lobby lift dining area common toilet near dining area all had horrible smell

Full of cockroaches everywhere, on bed, on floor, in bathroom, on ceiling, everywhere…worst maintenance ever, it was good before but as days pass by the management and maintenance is too worst

When i entered the hotel they upgrade my room for which i was happy but that was it. Found cockroaches roaming around in the room at night, the view was a brick wall right in front of the window and no room service or options for breakfast. Wouldn't recommend

The rooms are smelling. No washroom kits are available. Towels are very old and hard. Tariff they book directly is at least 1000 rupees less that i booked. If i have to book this hotel again then i’ll directly call them n book. Didn’t took image most of the channels are not coming. Breakfast only 2 items were there

Room was not neat and clean. Towels were found torned. Bed side switchboard was not working. Cockroach were found at many places.

The location is great just around the main road. The service is great and the morning buffet was lovely so many options and everything was delicious.

It is an excellent experience to stay in this hotel. The staffs are well behaved and always in your service. The location of the hotel is fine. I will recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a pocket friendly very good hotel for staying three to four days in banjara hills, hyderabad. The hotel has very good restaurant where you can get good quality food at moderate price.
