Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre

The food was good and the staff was excellent. The stay turned out to be a memorable one. The short business trip with family became a family vacation here. Looking forwards for the next trip!

My stay at the Marriott was disappointing. The AC temperature couldn’t be adjusted despite complaining twice — first it was freezing, then uncomfortably hot. The bathroom also had several issues: no hot water in the shower, a non-functional bathtub drain, and a glass window that constantly vibrated due to nearby construction work. These problems made the stay far from relaxing. I had higher expectations from Marriott, known for its comfort and service, but this experience did not meet those standards. I hope the management takes note and ensures better maintenance and guest satisfaction in the future.

Hotel is good, well maintained & staff are courteous. But surprised at the policy of hotel that the bills for food, beverage or any other service availed are to be settled immediately or money to be pre-deposited to cover likely expenses. Felt this was particularly rude and uncourteous for a star hotel.

Property location is good and rooms are comfortable. Buffet breakfast and lounge services were remarkable. I found 2 good restaurants here, hope there would be more. Foods are delicious.

The atmosphere in the restaurant at lunch time is just like a fish market lot of noise made my a group and I repeatedly asked the manager to control the things he was unable to handle the situation and later in the night we had ur dinner they asked my room number and I told them and we had the buffet and came to room for sleep late night around 12 pm the staff has come and asked for the payment it was just like a cop catching the thief . I felt very humiliated by the staff behaviour and embarrassed . Thought of never ever step in to the property .

Please look into following: 1. Very dim lighting in room 2. Everyday same menu for Breakfast created dis-interest

Stayed at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre – great location by Hussain Sagar Lake, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast spread, and very courteous staff. Perfect mix of comfort and hospitality

Stay was good very comfortable rooms, good amenities. However their restaurants are very average and change a whooping 250 for mineral water bottle.

Had an amazing stay at Hyderabad Marriott! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms spotless with great views, and the food was simply delicious. Every detail was taken care of, making my trip truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience at the Marriott! The hotel was super old, lacked basic amenities, and the room had poor lighting, ancient curtains, and a ton of mosquitoes buzzing around. The breakfast was a major letdown - no hygienic options to eat, which was totally unacceptable. Not recommended 😔

Wonderful Weekend Staycation at Hyderabad Marriott! We recently stayed at the Hyderabad Marriott for a weekend staycation and had a great experience overall. We had booked a lake view room with lounge access, and waking up to the lake view in the morning was truly refreshing. My kid and wife especially enjoyed the peaceful and scenic view — it really added a special touch to our stay. The lounge access was one of the highlights — great food and drinks in the evening made for a very relaxing experience. We also celebrated the night with a lovely cake from the bakery at the lobby, which was a sweet way to end the day. Breakfast at Okra was delightful. The space is beautifully set up next to the swimming pool, which made the morning feel very serene. The food quality and variety were good. We also appreciated the security features, especially the card-based access in the lifts, which added an extra layer of comfort during our stay. Overall, a memorable staycation with family. Highly recommend for a weekend escape within the city!
