very poor hygiene cockroaches roaming around in room staff is very rude, the room was very bad in condition, this is not called hotel it was lodged where no basic facilities are available, even at every night people do Chaos by fighting I complaint to staff regarding this but nos result

Stay was very poor. They have shown building elevation on mmtc is right side. When i went there to stay on reception they told you go new building your reservation is there. That building was just box type. No ventilation. They have no restaurants. On booking mmtc charged rs 300/ but brekfast quality was very poor and inhignic. That was brought from footpath. No waiter was there only one unskilled watch man do all type of services. So i request to mmtc please cancel the registration of new building. That bad name for mmtc as well as maruti residensi. I have taken a snap of breakfast which was served at hotel room. I will send it mmtc when you require n provide proper link

Worst staff behaviour. They have asked 300 extra for giving key and never returned back. Rooms are bad. No hot water available and ac condition was bad. Bed sheets are dirty as well. Overall very unpleasant experience and worst hotels i have stayed so far. Thank you

The hotel is located near market in lb nagar and easily accessible. Only issue i faced was a pillar in front of washbasin in bathroom ( room no 104 due to which it was difficult to do brushing, hand-wash etc and mosquitos but the reception guys were very helpful they gave me an insect repellent but it hardly helped. No issues of food it is available just outside this hotel

I stayed at the property on 23 rd november 2023. The rates charged by the mm t were more than actual rates. Rooms are furnished but not clean, the bedsheets were not clean. Changed though after complaint but not up to the mark. Prompt room-service is claimed but in the night time room service denied supply of tea and was told to get tea by the customer from the market. Hotel gives 24 hours occupancy if booking is done at the property but through mm t you get 10 am to 10 am time for checking out. Rooms are over all good but with stinking smell.

Hotel reception not good

coupleWhen we approached reception, he said your booking is in new hotel of maria thi residency on opposite side. When we reached they say, you have to go to same hotel, as your booking is there. Again we reached and they gave room, which was dirty. We refused to stay and asked for cancellation. Then they gave us room at new hotel. They almost wasted 2 hrs. It was bitter experience.
