The rooms were clean and comfortable, and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. However, I did notice a few strands of hair on the bed and pillow. If these had been removed, the stay would have been absolutely perfect.

Really nice rooms. Stayed one night next morning needed to travel ramoji film city. Bus stop nearby to hotel the staff was very cooperative, rooms are sufficiently big and the bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Provided complimentary toiletries, also fresh towel and drinking water bottle was provided. Booked ac room was working properly also 24 hours hot water facility. Overall the experience was really nice and one can definitely go this hotel

1. Not clean enough 2. over priced for what it provides 3. Found room was used ( bathroom) by someone when I was out on work. 4. Staff is unpolished, not appropriately dressed and too casual in approach.

The first hotel in my lifetime where the Door lock was broken and was replaced only the next day. The first hotel in my lifetime where they don’t provide basic amenities like bottled water and a glass to drink from. The first hotel in my lifetime where you can’t call reception because they only give you one number to call the room boy. they don’t give you even a set of toothbrush and a toothpaste. The first hotel in my lifetime where you don’t get a cup of tea even if you pay for that.
