Hotel O R Square Near LB Nagar Metro Station

Never ever book for family..booked for breakfast included..but they denied and not provided..zero hospitality..room given on 4th floor but lift is only till 3rd floor.. Though breakfast was included they are not providing, the hotel is not at all for the family stay, no hospitality, location is near the Metro..

Staff negligence and arrogant behaviour and poor accommodation ac remote not working and cockroaches on the bed

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always available and made our stay enjoyable.

The worst hotel i saw in my life. On saturday i had to do check in. I had booked through makemytrip. On arriving at hotel the reception person says that no room is vacant. I went out and booked other hotel. My time got wasted. I had exams nee t pg on sun-day and they wasted my 2 hours.

The bathroom was clean and stocked with good-quality toiletries.

Absolutely charming! the staff were incredibly helpful had a great experience here.

I had to pay ₹100/- more n got a non A/c room. D room was cockroach infested, slippery, unclean bath..

1. Hotel charged us extra rs. 2800- over and above to what we paid to mm t at the time of registration itself. 2. There was only trickle of water in the bathroom. 3. No bedsheets or blanket was provided over and above what was spread on the mattress. 4. No drinking water was provided. When asked, they said it will be provided on chargeable basis. 5. Cleanliness was very poor. 6. Service was just horrible. 7. We had the worst stay at a hotel in our life time.

It's an average experience, i stayed in room 205, the room smells very bad and there is no key for the room. The incharge person say that, the keys will be coming, i was asking for some other room he said, all the rooms for online booking or filled and there is no more room. The warm light in the room looks like a dungeon and also with bed bugs. The ac is working but no cooling there is a small water heater in the bathroom but the bathroom floor the tiles is broken need to be little carefully with that, there is no proper room service if you call them they will say they will come but we need to call them twice or thrice in case of any requirement
