Terrible behavior from desk staff. Asking extra money. Deny for checkin. Never ever visit here. Otherwise you will be suffering completely. Zero room service tv not working. Freezer not working.

Good trip hotel is not that much good hotel always ask for more money. Not the tidey place as well i suggest not to go

There was no working wifi in this property and even after repeated complaints they could not resolve it and room condition also was below average.

1) charged us 600 rupees extra at the time of check in 2) didn't provide us blankets even after the chilly weather. 3) had to ask for the complimentary water bottle twice at the reception. 4)geyser not working.

I went at the property with 2 of my friends after diwali celebration at our office, it was a prepaid confirmed booking, we reached there around 3:30 pm and at the hotel reception we were not allowed to checkin at the hotel as the receptionist said that they don't have rooms, we had to contact the mmt support and after an hour or so after talking to 3-4 people we were allowed to checkin by the receptionist. I don't know how he got rooms after we raised this concern. But as a customer, i would say that it very disgusting that we had to face such an issue even after having a prepaid booking from a renowned company like mmt, this broke my trust on the app and i might not be using it in future. On asking for compensation from mmt customer support, he said he can't help with that, that means customer is responsible for his experience after booking from mmt.

Townhouse oak the grace inn is really a very nice place to stay in whether it's a short or long stay. Easy to access to any location anytime. Walkable distance to metro station. Good and safe locality to stay in. Very neat and clean room. Very good behaviour from their staffs.

When i was arrived at reception and told that i have made my booked first they have checked the price then said we’re booking only when also staff was very rude

I booked the hotel for 2 nights but they asked me check out after 1 st night. They asked me to pay more if i have to stay there.

Rude staff … denied stay from booking made us wait for an hour and asked for extra money it happened with multiple guests

I booked through my as it was showing 569 rs for 1day but on arrival, rude hotel incharge charges yo-me 1800 who was very adamant and fit for hotel industries,, very bad experience. Please please don’t go to this hotel, this is my genuine review. Thanks

Internet connectivity and cleaning is not up to the mark. Hope they are working on it.

Hotel location is very good. The rooms are neat and clean. Service is also good. Car parking is available. Hotel raise concerns while receiving booking from OYO. Rest Hotel is worth to try.

Meals charge paid hotel denied. 3 days no cleaning. Water bottle all paid even after ordering several times. Hotel staff extremely rude(nasty)

The hotel is completed haunted with latge ground and some broken building at the back of the hotel building. Worst part is hotel locks are even broken, ac will not work, even ac buttons have completely came out. Also tv remote do not have cell worst experience at this hotel.

The receptionist is horrible. He considers himself as the owner of the property.

The rooms are comfortable, in terms of living and food it was good. But in terms of the hotel managing staff it was a bad experience. The hotel manager/receptionist was not so polite with others. And also faced a couple of problems with them. Noon that's all
