Kaha stay kiya 3am ko pucha hotel ke location par. Waha par mila nahi. Ooyoo ko call kiya but laga nahi.

The hotel is worst I have ever seen. People were sleeping on floor, the location is very bad and surrounded by garbage and smell. No proper host was available and all rooms were open and people sleeping on the floor. Its fat from the city. The experience was horrible, the area is in garbage. All the rooms in the ground floor, people were sleeping on floor keeping room opened. I was so disappointed that I booked new hotel

starting from Day 1 , it was a terrible experience with this property. I went to the location based on directions given in WhatsApp message from "Make my trip". They said it is a mistake and told me to go to "Keelkattalai" location. They made me to pay for the transport .The keelkattai location / branch was a disaster. The facility / room was not clean at all. The bed looked old with soiled / used sheets / blankets / pillow covers.when I asked to change, they brought soiled/ used sheets from other rooms. A/c was not working well and water drained from A/c unit inside the room one whole night.water facility was not available 24/7. No generator in the facility and the area had frequent power cuts also. Besides this, I was given room in the third floor and there was no lift for taking my bags. it was a hell and I used it only because I paid all the money in full.

Restroom not cleaned, floor dusty, no drinking water, no elevator, however staff are polite. No easy access, very interior location.

Faces are kind, and the seating is soft. Friendly and comfy.

There's simple charm, and the surroundings are neat. Easy and tidy.

Chairs are big, and rooms are neat. Spacious and tidy. There's a warm welcome, and the spaces are calm.

The hotel smells nice. It's clean and fresh. Good hygiene.
