family with 1 kidPros: 1.Price= 700-800 per night 2. Housekeepers were polite 3.It has 2 car parking (indoor garage) and few bikes can be parked. cons: 1.Lift was out of order 2. Bathroom has some bad smell 3. Floor/Carpet was not clean 4. Bed had stains 5. Broken Toilet

Hotel management charged extra amount

Did not stay as the hotel charged extra amount. So, i wish to go back to other stay options. Manager is not supportive at all. He said payment done in makemy trip is not get counted. We have to pay complete amount i. E. Rs. 1400 to book a stay

Room was not cleaned even though booking they denied for room saying water is not available for bathing overcharged rs 400 extra saying if u need room u need to pay or else u can claim refund from make my trip. After paying full payment they have charged extra rs 400
