Super Collection O Jammu Road Formerly Katra Retreat

I had a very pleasant stay at Super O Collection O Jammu Road Katra Retreat in Katra. The hotel is conveniently located on Jammu Road, making it easy to access the main areas and the Vaishno Devi base. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall stay. It was truly a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katra.

My stay was pathetic ! Oyo company serviced just a gimmick . no elevator no power backup for ac , bath towel was very dirty and shabby, bed linen was tore . complimentary breakfast was okay . house keeping boy was excellent.

Rooms smaller than promised. Dirty rooms. No AC. Charged 1000 extra on vehicle booking. food quality was ok.

Terrible experience Non-cooperative staff I've booked the hotel 1 month ago, reached the hotel 2 hours ago checkin, asked them to do the needful and prepare the room. But we found that they've allotted the room to other tourists without our permission and shifted us to another hotel which is not acceptable.

It was good but there was no lift in hotel and parking was also chargeable and didn’t pertain to property

I was offered smallest room in the property with OPEN WINDOW AC duct covered with carton, towel was wet /used. You can't locate the property as there were no proper signage to follow and it's situated at dead end of merely 6 feet wide lane. Since we were there for Vaishno Devi darshan so chosen not to dispute there. This is not a hotel, it's homestay like accommodation.

i stayed here after my trip to vaishno devi. rooms were very clean , food was good, staffs behaviour was also good. i recommed everyone to stay here

stayed for a day, location bit off from the main road but the property is nice, there are geysers, clean sheets and awesome wifi, it's honestly underrated

The hotel’s is very good, the owner is very very helpful. The room was neat and clean and washroom was also very clean. New property, large individual geysers. All in all worth it.
