Hotel is located near Asia chowk and is not very far from main market. The staff is extremely helpful, smiling and always willing to help. Rooms are neat and restaurant is quite big. They have a sales emporium also attached that has lots of shopping options of dry fruits, clothes,and gifts. overall a wonderful stay

Property is located approximately 1 km away from main market so it is well located. Rooms are clean & staff is very polite & helpful. Stayed with family, it was a decent experience. Would recommend.

location was nearby Vaishno Mata entry point and within 2 km of railway station. food was good and reasonably priced. Room was big spacious and tidy, AC and TV wifi were in working . Bathroom was clean hygienic and hot water was available

It was one of the worst experiences of my stay at this Property. The hotel front desk staff was utmost rude and non cooperative to say the least. We returned from Vaishno Devi Yatra last night at 12.30 and instead of welcoming us with water they kept asking for Rs. 500 For lost key, making us to wait till 1.30 to enter our room. The reception manager kept asking for amount and when he sent someone to our room with master card our room had lights on but that guy put his card inside room and switched off the lights deliberately causing havoc in the premises. At such midnight instead of extending warm hospitality they created a Ruckus for us and made us stand at reception for 1 hour and we couldn’t even had our food which we got from outside cafe. It was such bad behaviour on staff part and moreover the room also had so many cockroaches inside it making they stay unpleasant and even bedsheets were kept untidy. So it was overall a disappointment to stay at this resort and waste of entire money spent.

Television not working over all staff was good. Room was near and clean but washrooms are too small and soaps were not good

The buffet is not there. And a dental kit is not available. Intercom response is good and 4 am to 9:30 am ac not working on that particular time.

Rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious. All basic amenities were available. Room service was also good. Their in-house restaurant had ample options with good taste. Front desk person was friendly and helped us in making cab arrangements for drop to airport. This was my second time stay in this hotel and i am completely satisfied.

In the room have dust not clean, electric plug is not working in room. Light not off. Location is good

Location, amenities, food, staff behavior. All the things were very nice and upto the mark. Property is new and very neat and clean. It is located at asia chowk and provides an excellent mountain view. Pick and drop services are available and staff is very professional and humble. Recommend to everyone coming to katra.
