the reception doesn't accept the booking and asks for additional money or denies entry,no proper hygiene in the room, no running hot water and the reception closes the main switch of ac from outside in early morning

Small Hotel. Only average guest house

It's in a shopping complex. Kind of hard to find

Staff isn't interested in entertaining guests

The guy at the counter was disappointed when he knew I had online booking. He told me he will give me the same rate if I cancel the booking and book directly. He said that i'd get a refund which was impossible. When I asked for morning tea, they replied, very curtly that's, you'd not get anything before 9 in the morning. I had to go at 8 so hadn't taken any benefit of complimentary breakfast.
