nice room , good place , receptionist welcomes with a smile, cleanliness average and water salty.....

The bed sheets were torn, with stains, no cutleries provided. WiFi not working and what not. Appreciate if this place isn't promoted by MMT. This place can be considered for 2 to 4 hours of stay and not more. Strictly a no go zone for family.

The rooms were not clean, the AC didn't work in one room and the bathroom was not clean in the other room, the overall experience was a bit bad.

We had a 4 day stay at orchid residency and it was really good. Neat rooms with all necessary facilities. Staffs were very kind. The residency is located in a peaceful surrounding with access to all shops and supermarkets within 2 to 3 minutes. I would recommend to choose this property for such an affordable price.

Most unhygienic room, bathroom and bed linen. It's terrible experience and owner behaviour is very rude

Both the property and mm t have wasted a lot of energy and time. They denied my booking and mm t arranged a stay in another location which was very poor. I recommend people not book hotels with make my trip

Rooms are not properly cleaned and bedsheets were teared with lots of stains on bedsheets, mattress are not at all good.

Highly recommend! the ambiance was lovely, the accommodations were satisfactory and the service was truly exceptional.

Checkin after 12 only, any body come early they won't allow, ac not working, staff not polite, room is average. Tv working, and wifi provided.

Worst reception person ever seen. Tv available but wont works if asked no response. No parking space available have to park on the road side without safty.

The rooms are horrible, the staff, the hospitality, the location; everything is in short, horrible.

I stayed recently at this property on 4th jun e 2024. The first and the worst impression is 'that lady at the reception' she is rude. Someone should change her immediately. The male accomplice is the same as her. The rooms are congested, bedsheets not clean and changed after the previous guests. The washroom also needs to be attended to. The room phone is covered with dust and dirt, hasn't been wiped for ages. Rooms not kept well as shown in hotel pictures. The only good thing about this room was the airconditioner and tv. Those who booked this place will be disappointed, proprietor must do something to improve the standards.
