Hotel O Arusai Inn

Have booked for my Person, who was doing the work nearby residence and was happy with the stay and overall experience was good to sujjest everybody having a low budget of below 1k

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was not as clean as expected — the carpet felt dusty and the bathroom had a odor. The air conditioning unit was noisy and barely cooled the room, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

It’s not even worth for 500 rs a night extremely dirty shabby unhygienic extreme bad service no soap no hand wash for towels also need to request no complement water .. it looks like chaddar badlu hotel.. service crew was extremely shabby no lift and I got room on 3rd floor need to climb all the way over its not worth staying n this hotel

The hotel was so dirty. Service was so poor leval. No lift in building for 5 floor. I dont have imeges but experience was so embarrassing

Hotel was pathetic having no lead on the toilet, not able to use, lift was not operating, bedsheet were dirty, no phone tension, i believe this is the lowest standard below. Disappointed

I stayed for a night and found the place to be simple and functional. Clean, cozy rooms, and the staff provided outstanding service

The stay was not clean and well hygienic. There were lot pf mosquitoes. Basic facilities and bathroom kits were not provided. The stay was not as shown in the picture. I have left the place now. Hi

Great location and good staff, lift is too old and slow but that's fine, some time staff doesn't respond to call but that's fine.

Hotel is not good. Lift of the hotel is kind of mat ka kuva. Nobody is attending the customer. Overall experience is very bad
