Hotel had optimum infrastructure within room which help in easily carrying out office work while enjoying other facilities.

Plenty of closet room for clothes. Room had drawers and shelf space. Staff provided extra hangers when requested.

even though it is mentioned under room amenities that mineral water is included, the staff denied and charged for each bottle that we ordered as the stay was for 4 nights. it was one of the worst experience we had with OYO. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the staff was not helpful as we had to call them multiple times in order to get water or anything.

Business regularly uses this facility. Rooms are clean and professional staff. Reasonable rates for business.

The experience was honestly disappointing. There were no towels, and there was no shampoo or anything. The condition of the bathroom was also terrible. The mirrors weren’t clean the bathroom floor was not clean. The AC was not working and I asked for the iron box multiple times and it was not delivered to my room And also I asked for the breakfast and they did not serve it to me overall it was very terrible.

Very pathetic service and rude behavior from front desk person. Housekeeping staff is very nice and humble. After reminder and request not making room clean on time and not on time service.

Reception people act like Gundas they threaten you and very cheap environmental and very rude they behave and treat you.
